GETTING READY PHOTOS WITH THE BRIDE

  • At the Venue...Most of the getting ready will take place at the Bridal Suite
  • but maybe a little right at the beginning in the Bridal house, which is also called The White House (Also at the venue).
    • bride's dress, hand written vows, bouquets, your invitation suite, etc...
    • Candid, natural photos of the wedding party getting ready
    • photos of the bride reading a letter from the groom
    • Bride popping champagne and toasting with her bridesmaids
    • Photos of mom/grandparent/bridesmaids helping with the wedding dress
    • last touches of putting the dress on. 
    • Photo of the bride seeing her dad after she's in the wedding dress
    • portraits with the bride + portraits with your bridesmaids (6) + photos with your mom 

5:00 to 5:30:

Ceremony

  • Ceremony Details:
  • Everyone walks down the center isle
  • Oldest and best friend/singing partner will sing the bride down the aisle
  • a reading or two
  • a moment of reflection
  • a unity ceremony of some sort (I think we are building a rock tower?) 
  • and then a hand-binding ceremony.

5:30 to 6:00:

  3. Bride and groom with the bride’s parents
  4. Bride with her dad and stepmom?
  5. Bride and groom with bride’s parents + bride’s siblings

Bride and Groom Photos – 20 to 30 minutes

6:30 to 9:00:

Photography of the reception

  • 125 guests
  • Announced entrance for the bride and groom
  • First dance
  • First dances with your parents
  • Toasts
  • Twilight photo with the bride and groom + mountains in the background

A first dance and toasts, will that be at the start of the reception or after dinner?: Great question--I'm not sure. What is customary?

3:00 to 4:00

getting ready photos with the groom

  • At the venue in the Groom's house, which is also called The Field House
    • Groom's detail shots:
    • groom's attire, hand written nows, etc...
    • Candid photos of the groom getting ready with his dad and groomsmen
    • Getting Dressed: final touches (last buttons of the shirt, putting on cuff links, tie, shoes and jacket) 
    • Groom and wedding party getting their boutonnière's pinned
    • reading a letter from the bride
    • A photo of the groomsmen toasting the groom with a drink or shots
    • Portraits of the groom with his groomsmen (6)
    • Photos of the groom with his dad.

4:00 to 4:30:

Decor, Flowers, setup of reception tent and ceremony site setup 

4:30 to 5:00:

Photos of guests arriving and taking a seat for the ceremony

5:00 to 5:30:
